A new Massachusetts law requires newspapers to publish legal notices online
You can read all about it here!

Beginning January 1, 2017 all notices published in Turley newspapers will be archived on our website (www.publicnotices.turley.com) in pdf format. This extra step puts tear sheets at your fingertips daily. In addition, all notices will be uploaded to the state’s searchable website (masspublicnotices.org) within 24 hours of publication.

Public notices (also referred to as legal notices or legal ads) in general circulation newspapers are fundamental to a free society, a permanent and verifiable record that the public was adequately informed about decisions taken or about to be taken. Each week, Turley Publications, Inc. publishes dozens of public notices about events, conditions or actions that affect individuals, communities and businesses throughout the Pioneer Valley and surrounding areas.
Public Notice pages appear every week in our newspapers and are now searchable 24/7 on masspublicnotices.org and pdf tear sheets are listed above by paper.
Public notice pages are listed in the index of our newspapers and house ads throughout our papers help educate readers to the importance of public notices and where to find them in their newspaper.

Public Notice advertisers may receive frequency discounts for notices that run multiple weeks and notarized affidavits with tear sheets to verify publication will be mailed to public notice advertisers upon request following the last insertion date. Otherwise, billing statements are mailed weekly and electronic tear sheets are readily available (within 24 hours of publication) at www.publicnotices.turley.com. We do not email electronic tear sheets. You can email public notices to: notices@turley.com
